Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times typically fall within the following ranges:

Shipping Locations
Cracked Seeds currently ships to addresses within the United States.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Cracked Seeds is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Cracked Seeds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need assistance, you can also contact us at rders@crackedseeds.com and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been placed.
