Returns
Due to the nature of food products, only unopened and unused items are eligible for return.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the product meets the following conditions:

The product is unopened and in its original packaging

The item is unused and in the same condition you received it

The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
Any opened food products cannot be returned or refunded for safety and quality reasons.
How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Cracked Seeds is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
